Canton Fair Invitation Application

Canton Fair has two kinds of Invitation Card for visitors. One is called E-invitation Card and the other is Paper Invitation Card. The invitation card can be applied before March 30th (Spring Fair) and before September 30th (Autumn Fair).

Free entrance pass to the Fair and a set of catalogs are extended against official E-Invitation or paper Invitation Card issued by the CECF.

1. E-invitation
It can only be used in fair registration, but not in visa application. It can be shared by all visitors from the same company. A copy one is valid. It is sent by email. It is quite convenient to receive an e-mailed E-invitation.

If you hold an Invitation Card, you could:
a. receive the entry visa to Guangzhou (only Paper Invitation Card valid).
b. get registered and receive a free entrance pass to the Fair.
c. receive a set of Directories of Chinese Export Commodities Fair's Exhibitors (one set for each card).

Visitors may apply for E-invitation on the website of the CECF, or to the Foreign Liaison Department, China Foreign Trade Centre.

2. Paper Invitation Card
This type of invitation card is a precondition for the Canton Fair visitors applying for visa to China. It is sent in the way of mailing. One card can be shared by three people from the same company in their visa application and fair registration. A copy one is invalid.

Chinese representatives with foreign companies' representative offices in China should apply for paper Invitation Cards directly to the Foreign Liaison Department, China Foreign Trade Centre before Aug. 16th. The Card is nominative and can not be shared. Documents required:
a. Copy of Business Registration Certificate of Foreign Company's representative office in China
b. Copy of Valid employee certificate issued by China's Administration for Industry and Commerce
c. Copy of Employee's ID Card

For Local Representatives without Canton Fair Invitation for Foreign Company's Representative Office in China, admission fee (RMB300 / person / day) and relevant documents are required.
