Visa Application

Entry visa to Guangzhou is granted against the paper Invitation Card extended by the CECF. Please go to the Embassy or Consulate General of P. R. China with the Invitation to get the visa. There are four options:

1. In case of the absence of a Chinese Embassy in your country, kindly approach the Embassy of P. R. China in a neighboring country.

2. Visa Section, Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC in the Hong Kong SAR.

Hong Kong public holidays of 2007: Jan.1, Feb.17, Feb.19, Feb.20, Apr.5, Apr.6, Apr.7, Apr.9, May 1, May 24, Jun. 19, Jul. 2, Sep.26, Oct.1, Oct.19, Dec.25, Dec.26
Note: To reduce longer waiting time, it is suggested to avoid applying Visa on Mondays or the first days after long public holidays, if not necessary.

3. Fair visitors can also entrust the visa application to China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Ltd.

4. During the Fair, visitors who leave Mainland China and want to come back to Guangzhou may apply for re-entry visa to the Visa Section for Aliens of the Commissioner mentioned in Item 2 or Division of Aliens and Exit-Entry Administration of Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau
