In the event of amendment (including change of staying period or guest's name) or cancellation, a written notice must reach our office 10 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, one night penalty (including Tax & Service charges) of the above booking would be charged. We will appreciate your understanding that. However we realize that there are many valid reasons caused it happen.
In the event of no-show, one night penalty (including Tax & Service charges) would be charged and the reservation will not be held on the second day.
Non-guaranteed booking after the deadline may be cancelled without prior to the notice according to the hotel.

Free shuttle bus between hotel and two complexes is provided by hotel according to hotel arrangement. When you check in, you can get the shuttle bus schedule in the front desk.
