 How to make reservation ?

Step 2: After you have chosen one of package, please arrange the payment in advance, usually a deposit on the amount of USD 50 or 100 is necessary.
Step 3: A confirmation Letter will be prepared by us, after we received the deposit. The rest of payment can be arranged by wire transfer, online payment or credit card. For detais, please kindly visit our Terms and Conditions and Payment Policy.
Step 4: A Confirmation Voucher and Final Itinerary will be sent to you by email, A List of information of LOCAL CONTACT will be prepared and sent to you in advance, such as the name and mobile phone number of local tour guide, the hotel list both in English and Chinese (In case you need to go to the hotel by yourself).
How long can my reservation be confirmed?
Normally it can be confirmed within 24 hours if the booking of airline tickets and hotels are smooth.
When should I book my tour?
Generally, there is no time limit regarding reservation. Even so, you are suggested to make booking the earlier the better, especially during the high season when the competition for the hotels and air or train tickets become very keen.
Can your tour packages be customized (tailor-made by myself)?
Yes, all the packages we offer are customizable to meet your requests. Working with you to design a contented trip to China according to your preferences is one of our jobs. It is as simple as send us an email.
Does the quoted prices include airfare?
The quotation listed on our web page only includes the airfare within the tour in China the international airfares are excluded
What is single supplement?
The hotel is based on double occupancy. If the visitor travels alone or the number of the travelers is odd (such as 3,5, 7...), who stays in one single room has to pay the single room supplement. As the hotel is on double occupancy.
How to pay ?
You can pay by credit card, cable / wire transfer or pay online.
What is cable transfer or wire transfer? How can I do it?
All the banks in the countries deal with this kind of business. Please find our bank information if you decide to pay in this way. You only need to ask for an application form of the wire transfer and complete it accurately according to the requirement. If you have any questions, you can ask a favor from the bank clerk.
What evidence of payment do I get from you after payment is made?
We will mail you the receipt of total payment as soon as we receive your payment.
When should I pay ?
Normally, when you accept our offer and like to make a reservation, we will ask you to pay the deposit and the balance will be due 15 days prior to your arrival day.
Is travel insurance necessary?
Yes. We highly recommend our clients purchase travel insurance to guard against unforeseen circumstances that may cause.
Most travel insurance companies offer Trip Cost Cancellation and Interruption Insurance, emergency medical transport and medical expenses insurance. These pay for loss due to any unforeseen circumstances such as death, injury and illness. Travel policies also cover you for a variety of other risks, such as cancellation charges, loss of money, loss of baggage, and liability to third parties to name but a few. Although we do everything possible to ensure the safety of our clients, if any of the above do happen it can be very costly to you. Purchasing travel insurance is an easy way to ease the mind and to know that you will be able to deal with problems that may arise. Besides, an annual travel policy will save you money if you propose to go abroad more than once in any twelve month period.
Do you cover healthy insurance in China during our visit or do we make an agreement with our national insurance?
In accordance with the regulation of China National Tourism Administration (CNTA), we make travel agencies' liability insurance and in the mean while we make personal accident insurance for all of our clients. The other kinds of insurance that you need you should make an agreement with your national insurance if you need.
It is highly recommended that all visitors to China had better purchase sufficient insurance to cover medical, trip curtailment and personal accident.
