It is made from fish caught in the Li River,which
is delicious with its favorable color,smell and flavor.
It enjoys widespread renown, and it was awarded the
creative golden medal in the national “Fantastic Hill
Cup” dish competition.

Their “skin” is made of vegetables or bean products,
and their “filling” of meat or eggs. The dishes are
made by braising, boiling, decocting or scalding, which
brings about appetizing tastes. They usually include
more than 30 kinds of niang dishes which are made of
snail, melon, bean curd, pomelo skin, or beans.
