Buses leave Guangzhou for Yangshuo at 18:00, 19:00 and 22:00. about 8 hours drive to Yangshuo. You might take from Tianhe Bus station, or Guangdong Province Bus Station, the rate for non-stop air-conditioned bus is RMB 130. Other bus offer discount rate from RMB 70-100, bust it stops at almost every small town on the to Yangshuo!
Buses leave Yangshuo for Guangzhou at 20:00.

There are airport shuttle buses that go to Downtown Guilin (25 minutes) and cost ¥20 per person. If you take taxi, the charge is about RMB 100 for one way..
From Downtown Guilin, you can go to Guilin Long Distance Bus Station to take public bus to Yangshuo, the charge is RMB 13.00 per person, or you can hire a cab, the cost is around RMB 200 one way to Yangshuo.
